 | Michael Düringer combines many years of experience in organizational and corporate communications with in-depth knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainable transformation, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements for sustainability reporting in Switzerland, the EU, and internationally. Prior to joining punktability, he worked as a partner and consultant for leading communications consultancies, including IRF Reputation AG in Zurich and Gavin Anderson Company in New York. From 1998 to 2004, he was responsible for corporate communications and investor relations at the Phonak Group (now Sonova Group). Michael Düringer studied law at the University of Zurich, completing his doctorate with a dissertation on media law. During a guest semester at Fordham University in New York, he studied corporate management and finance. Michael Düringer is a member of the expert network of the Center for Corporate Reporting (CCR) and the author of the specialist book «Corporate Responsibility» published by Versus Verlag Zurich in 2022.  | Willi Studer has many years of experience in leadership, the effective management of change and team and people development. From 1994 to 2000, he held the positions of Project Manager, IT Director and Logistics Director at Slumberland, a division of the Valora Group, and from 2001 to 2006 he was Director of HR Development and Training at Orange Switzerland. He became self-employed in 2009 and founded Proviatus AG in 2013. Willi Studer studied law at the University of Zurich and holds a degree in organizational psychology from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is the founder and managing director of Proviatus, a consultancy specializing in personal development and coaching. He is also a co-creator of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) initiative, which – based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – strengthens the transformative capabilities of individuals and organizations.
